I would choose:
ReplyDeleteCalm because he says what he thinks naturally and without evenly.
Critical because he criticizes the measures that European governments are taking to the crisis.
Self-confident because he expresses his opinion without hesitation, clearly and without fear of what others will think.
As for the second question, I think that he is telling the truth. There are people who have made millions with this recession and previous ones. I don’t understand much about economics but I agree with him when he says that you can make money as the stock prices are falling. He also says that you can't get rich quick because you must have a plan, you can't pretend to have an immense richness in two days, it requires a process.
See you
I think he is a very selfish person because he just wants to make lots of money in this awful moment, he doesn’t want to help other people. I also think he’s very confident because he’s saying what he’s really thinking. He’s not pretending or faking anything he’s not because of fear or because of what other people will think.
ReplyDeleteI think this trader is telling the truth, but the point is that what he’s saying is not ethical. He says he’s been waiting for this recession for so many years. He clearly says that he’s been waiting for this moment when so many people are losing so much money to make plenty of it by using the right plan. He just wants to take this chance and not to care about other people’s situation.
I think he is a little bit selfish, because he wants to be famous, attract the atention of people (even if this attention and the critics are bad). He wants to give his opinion (maybe not really objective for a BBC program). He's not fear of telling what he thinks.
ReplyDeleteI think he's telling the truth, but maybe a little bit direct and not in the best way, he's being so clear (that is good) but he shouldn't do this with this words and this actitude, because it's not the best way to express what he things.
See you.

ReplyDeleteI think he has his ideas very clear, but he's a little selfish because he believes that what he says it's the correct thing. I agree a bit with him in some things, some people become rich with this recession but it's not important for him that lot of people is being poor and live without some money. If i had to describe his personality, i would say he's natural, selfish, serious and convincing. This topic is very spoken in all the world and everyone can have its opinion, so, maybe some people say he's saying the truth but others think he's wrong.
ReplyDeleteSee you on Monday.
Well , i would say that he is a self-confident person because he isn't afraid to state the facts and his personal opinion.
ReplyDeleteA selfish person trying to attain richness in a short time , but in the same time a pretty generous person trying to help us overcome this recession.
As for the second question. I think he tells the truth .the fact that he is a trader demonstrates that. Nowadays if a person wants to get rich needs to be selfish and take the best from the missfortune of others , though it is a sad thing.
I think he's a selfish person because he wants to be famous, attract people (with his criticals) and he doesn't want to help other people, only take care about himself. He's also self-confident when he's expressing his opinion (probably not in the best way to say that) and he doesn't really care about what people think about him and his modals.
ReplyDeleteAs for the second question, I'm agree with him so I think it's not a fraud, because when any market crash, some people try to take benefit of this problem and earns a lot of money. I think this is an unfortunate situation but it is the reality.
I think that he is clear and self-confident because he says everything that he thinks and without doubts about it. He is critical because he says that the governments are doing the things wrong. He is greedy too, because he says that he has been waiting for this recession for many years and he wants to get a lot of money with it.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, he is telling the truth. The situation is really complicated. He is rude, people can get money with this situation, but his way for telling it isn't the best.
The economy often needs people like this (really clear).
See you!
Andrea Martínez
I would probably said that he is selfish because he only wants to earn some money and be famous for all what he says. He's confident because he believes in what he says and he do it clarely. I think he is also critical because on the video we can see how he criticizes the Governments's measures.
ReplyDeleteAs for the second question, in my opinion I don't think his ideology is the good one for this case. He waits until the actions fall down to buy and sell them just for taking its benefit, more or less he waits for the borsatile crack. He admits that actioneers just care about the money not about solving problems of economy. he is realistic, however I don't like what he is saying. In fact he is just making an apology of hating.
See you!
Laia Rodríguez
is a confident and fearless, exposes his opinion without drawbacks, though selfishly is also a good heart. the second question tells the truth
ReplyDeleteI think it's a self-confident person because it criticizes a society with problems. He thinks that everyone will do everything to get what they want.I think telling the all truth because it explains the selfishness of people to overcome overcome of the crisis.
ReplyDeletesee you!:P
I think he is very self-confident,in a hard moment like recession, he is very sure about himself and about the things that he had to do and take de oportunity to earn money. I think that he's critical too because hesees this moment in an objective way and analizes the situation to win something.
ReplyDeleteSee you
I think that, to describe him I would use adjective like, self-confident and serious, but also, selfish and greedy. He shows clearly that he's just interested in earning more money and don't care about other people; he's even waiting for especulate with recession.
ReplyDeleteHe's not lying, he just explains his reality, that he thinks it's true.
Really, I think that he has an opinion very catastrophic and exaggerate about our future.
"Aggressive" because it has an aggressive way to see the economy inciting people to protect themselves and spreading panic. "Impatient" that he wants to take advantage of economic collapse and want this to happen soon. "Greedy", he wants only raise money but to get money from misfortunes of others.
ReplyDeleteHe is lying because it exaggerates the economic crisis and wants to manage people's money. He earns money from the crisis and asks people to oversee their money and be prepared without considering that many people can not.
